Data Integration and Management:
SAP Debtors Report Upload: Allows weekly uploads of SAP debtors reports, incorporating new data into the existing database based on predefined rules.
Sequential Record Tagging: Ensures each record progresses through designated statuses, preventing the omission of any process stage.
Document Generation:
Customized Statements and Agreements: Automatically produces banker-specific statements and agreements in Excel and Word formats.
Reconciliation Processes:
Banker Processed Files Integration: Imports processed files from bankers, updates the local database, and generates SAP reconciliation files.
Two-Way Reconciliation: Facilitates the upload of processed reconciliation files from SAP for verification.
Payment Tracking and Loan Repayment:
Daily DSO and Collection Data Upload: Identifies records with received payments and initiates loan repayment requests.
Invoice Management: Provides options to reject, rerun, hold, or release invoices at the individual level.
Payment Status Updates: Manages payment readiness status, categorized by currency.
Report Generation:
Banker-Specific Payment Details: Generates payment information in various formats (Excel, PDF) tailored for each banker.
Comprehensive Reporting: Produces reports in Excel, Word, PDF, and CSV formats, with MIS reports filterable by date range, banker, customer, or record status.
The application employs Single Sign-On (SSO) with Windows domain authentication, ensuring a seamless user experience. Developed using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), it integrates with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF formats to provide a cohesive and efficient solution for automating the AR sale process.
